First day on the job at Playwrights Horizons, where I’ll be serving as the Artistic/Literary Fellow for the 2025/26 Season! PH has helped create some of the theatre and writers that have most shaped me as an artist (too many to name, but like, whoa!), so I am profoundly honored and stoked to be returning the favor for the upcoming season. Come say hey, we’ve got an exciting lineup of new work, starting with Frank Winters and Jen Tullock’s Nothing Can Take You From the Hand of God (get tickets here)!

Opening night for Dave Malloy’s Octet at Hudson Valley Shakespeare, where I’ve been upstate Assistant Directing over the past couple of months for the ever-brilliant Amanda Dehnert. Getting to work on another Dave Malloy show so soon after closing BEOWULF in the winter has been an unexpected delight of the year! Truly a miraculous room full of some of the kindest and most creative people I’ve had the privilege to work with. Octet is running through Sep 7, and it’s the last show at HVS’ current location outdoors under the big tent, this is a special show and not to be missed! (get your tickets here)

Thrilled to see Writers Theatre’s production of Translations receive 6 Jeff Award nominations, including Best Play, Directing, and Ensemble. It was a joy to Assistant Direct on this production and witness audiences and critics continuing to connect with Brian Friel’s timeless masterpiece. An incredible room to close out my time in Chicagoland before returning to New York!
